Join us for Simmons Small Business Day, a focused one-day learning experience for entrepreneurs and small business owners, hosted at Accelerate Fort Worth in celebration of Small Business Week.
This full day of workshops, presented by Simmons Bank, is designed to give entrepreneurs practical knowledge, real-world insights, and tools to immediately apply to grow and strengthen their businesses. Participants will hear directly from experts on topics that matter most to small businesses, with sessions built to be engaging, actionable, and accessible, whether you’re just getting started or looking to scale.

| Brian Harris, Executive Director of Accelerate Fort Worth, will provide a structured yet creative approach to building a business that is competitive, resilient, and sustainable. This session introduces participants to the business model design process, one of the earliest and most important opportunities to test, refine, and strengthen a business idea before investing significant time or resources. We will use the Business Model Canvas to design, visualize, and explain a business model and recognize how different business model structures perform in competitive environments. | |

This workshop helps entrepreneurs understand how purposeful relationship‑building can open doors to opportunities, resources, and long‑term growth.
